Instructions: If using multiple filters, stack them with the largest micron filter on top. Carefully pour the culture through the filter. Each filter will catch everything that is larger than the micron rating of that filter. Ex. 200 µm filter will catch everything that is 200 µm or larger. Once all of the culture has passed through the filter, simply invert the single filter that you want to capture and pour culture media or water through the other side of the filter. To concentrate the culture, simply pour a smaller volume of culture media or water through the filter. Basic Care: Simply rinse the filter with distilled or RO water and allow to dry.
