Description: This is a beautiful and heavy sterling Silver lighter. It is marked Cheng Thai Made in Siam Sterling. I took the Ronson Made in England Cadet petrol lighter out of it to weigh the silver. It weighed 162grans. I checked for cement in the bottom and did not see any, I also tinged the bottom to see if it was hollow, it made a ring noise like it was. The silver walls and area where the lighter slides in look very thick. I have not tested the lighter because I would have to fill it and put in a flint because the lighter has neither it can ship priority. The smell of all petrol fluid is gone leading to the inclination that it has not been used in decades. So it is being sold as is. The lighter measures about 3 1/4” wide, 1 1/4” deep by 2 5/8” tall with lighter 2” without lighter inserted. A few small dents but nothing major see photos. Also included is a vintage Dunhill Denicotea red white dot filtered cigarette tip. The tip takes cartridges. The tip measures 3 7/8” long. Looks to be in very good condition the ejector slide looks in very good condition. Does not look bent from over use and looks pretty clean inside from nicotine and tar residue from cigarettes. Maybe only used a few times at most judging from the cleanliness inside. Please look at all photos to judge for yourself. Items are packed in a padded USPS envelope in a custom cut box.
