Description: This is a Nylint Elgin toy Street Sweeper that works. Has the original driver, belt and key. Great litho detail. Has a few minor dings, but I tried to photo each close up so you can see in detail. The fly has two spots that looks like it is trying to rust, but that is the only place where rust might exist.
