Description: This is a vintage original bartender cocktail and wine guide. This cocktail guide is a booklet format of 144 pages plus the covers measuring about 6” x 4.5”. The title page reads: Cocktail and Wine Digest Encyclopedia & Guide For Home & Bar by Oscar Haimo, President of the International Bar Managers’ Association Verso of the title page indicates this is the 1953 edition of this guide originally published in 1943. This guide has instructions for making many different cocktails along with information on wines and information useful to bartenders. This vintage original manual is fully complete and well intact. The covers show some creasing and wear and there is a small stain on the inside front cover. The inside pages are otherwise clean and in good shape.
