While this card has been professionally graded by SGC as a 40 (VG-3), if you look closely at the card, the card is clearly a mis-cut, but is also in nearly perfect overall condition! The very low grade is presumably because SGC grading company downgrades the card, instead of labeling it as a mis-cut! I personally feel that by PSA standards, this card would be a NM-MT 8 (Mis-Cut)!
