That means the four tracks are for a driver and passenger seat. They were removed from seats out of a southern car. We listed them as for parts working not work because one of the mounting points is rusted off as pictured. They'll still work since it's only one mounting point but they obviously won't work on a nicer car. I would consider these tracks great for a budget build or a bridge piece.
