Description: This $2 bill has been stored and uncirculated since 1976 to keep it in pristine condition. The "flaws" of this particular bill, along with it's immaculate condition makes it a very rare find. The face of the bill is clearly misaligned and offset. The back of the bill, is both misaligned and offset, but not in uniform of the face's alignment. The Green Department of Treasury seal is also misprinted, the top of the seal comes above the word "two".The Upper righthand serial number is also placed much higher than any other bill of this year.
