Everything shown is included: black glossy display case, coin in capsule, and the COA. The black display case has scratches and some small chips at one of the back edges. The coin has heavy spotting on the queen side and some spots in the Apollo 11 & NASA circles on the moon side. The coin also shows toning along the rim on the moon side. The capsule has some chips at the edges (they don't affect anything). Please use the pictures to determine quality (note warping in photos is due to the camera lens).
