Description: 4 New Year Antique Postcards, 1 EMB w Gold. Couples. French PHOTO Style. This is a nice selection of NEW YEAR postcards that are ANTIQUE from the early 1900s. This mixture is colorful and shows PRETTY LADIES, and COUPLES. Two of these are written in English, one in German and one in French. The three with the couples have a ROMANCE theme and they are designed with the FRENCH PHOTO STYLE that was popular in that era. The postcards are nicely drawn, and they have good detail that makes them pleasing to look at. These are flat printed postcards with one being EMBOSSED and with GOLD TRIM. They were made by different publishers. These are good postcards to add to a collection. They would appeal to collectors because of their age, their colorful and attractive nature, and the way they capture life back in the early 1900s. Overall, a nice selection of antique New Year postcards at a reasonable price. The postcards are POSTED. Some of these postcards would have been "Printed in Germany" during the "Golden Age of Postcards" (1908-1915 era). They have DIVIDED backs. These are BETTER POSTCARDS and good for a collector. The postcards will keep their value! They are in good condition. Regarding condition, please note that we try to remove damaged postcards from our lots, and only sell those postcards that are worth having in a collection. However, because of their age, please expect some creases, cuts, stains, and edge wear on the postcards. We do not want you to be disappointed.
