Description: This is a group of four vintage paper and metal shades for Christmas tree light bulbs. Manufactured by Sail-Me Co. in Chicago during the 1930s or 1940s, the shades are 1.7 inches high and feature a Christmastime theme. The shades are designed to spin when the lights are turned on, creating a whirl effect. These are fresh out of an attic and are fragile with the associated wear one finds with these tin paper shade. They are sold as-found. Please look carefully at all the photographs. I think they really super fun items with some great period graphics.
