69-Year-Old Modern Library FIRST P15 Malraux The Royal Way

Description: This Modern Library paperback, #P15 in the series, The Royal Way by Andre Malraux is one of 66 published in the 1950’s and early 1960’s and is not to be confused with the Modern Library paperback college editions. The copyright page is dated 1935 and the list on the back cover runs to P15 dating to fall 1955, making this a First Modern Library printing of this title. The used book exhibits light soil and wear, but the spine does NOT have a crease. Fanning the pages, I noticed no underling or marginalia or offensive odor and the binding is firm.On ABE, two copies, printing unknown, are offered for $18.95 and $81.57. On eBay, the two copies that have back cover photos are not firsts and the other does not have info re: printing.
