Milne's The House at Pooh Corner, published by Methuen & Co. Ltd. in 1928, but missing its original dust jacket.Publisher's original cloth binding present with lovely gilded illustration to front and back boards. Boards showing some staining, and significantly rubbed and bumped to extremities. Spine faded with lettering as well, bumped and frayed to head and tail.Slight foxing, tanning and marking to edges. Previous owner's inscription on the FFEP, but no other marginalia or inscription within. Binding very fragile; no pages loose, but several strains and and a couple of breaks. Some foxing and mild marking within.Content is clean, legible and the book has been collated as complete. An acceptable copy overall that while complete, is in need of a bit of TLC.
