This is a Japanese release but will work on a Game Boy from any region, since Game Boy games were not region-locked. It includes an original Game Boy dust cover. I have personally cleaned this game's contacts with isopropyl alcohol and played it for about 20 minutes on my Game Boy Advance. It works perfectly, with no issues whatsoever.
