Description: Antique Heisey Etched Glass Dish Celluloid Portrait Lid Brass Putti Group Base Candy dish is marked on the bottom. Stamp shown in the last picture. Lid has a Victorian celluloid mini portrait handle. Portrait is signed. Stand has four putti for legs and an art nouveau floral design. It is also stamped shown in the second to last picture. Stamp looks to me like cs co, or ccos. Set is in very nice antique shape. Glass has no cracks or chips. Celluloid handle has no cracks. Glass and celluloid has light scuffing. Base has no cracks. It has scuffing and brass has light patina. It measures roughly 6.5" in diameter and just shy of 5" tall. It displays very well. See pictures to make your own determination on physical condition.
