Description: The item for sale is a real nice antique blue decorated presentation pitcher by Richard Remmey of Philidelphia. The item is not signed by the maker. The item is incised on the front John A. Roats. The item has flowers going around the entire body of the piece as well as swags at the top. The item as shown is in perfect condition. There are no chips or cracks to the piece. The only loss is a spot of slip on the inside base as shown in the photos. There are some in the making marks to the outside of the body. A couple of glaze drops as shown and some discoloration to a few spots to the glaze. There is a glaze drop on the underside of the item. It is only 9" tall and 5" in diameter across the base.
