There is no mistaking the striking and distinctive style of Korean ceramics and the beautiful and wonderful pure white of baekja porcelain. This rare hand crafted white bottle vase, crafted by a third generation potter, is decorated with 4 panels of Confucian garden motifs. Each panel of the Confucian garden feature a Chinese scholar’s rock with lovely bamboo stalks, branches of peonies, lotus flowers and finally Lotus leaves, highlighting the aesthetic of simplicity, the virtue of moderation, and inviting in nature in a pure state. The bottle vase measure 9.5” high x 5” diameter at it's widest point.
