Description: There are two taps on the primary. So, the primary can probably accept 105V, 115V or 125V input. The main secondary read 16.5V unloaded when I tested it.The other secondary measured 20V, unloaded. The transformer alone weighs 7lbs. Based on this weight, we would expect this transformer to handle about 650VA continuously, depending on the airflow restrictions around it. The UPS size of 700VA is misleading, because the UPS uses the transformer to charge the batteries, not run the 700VA load. This transformer might carry 700VA, but not continuously. The 16V secondary IS center tapped. The 20V secondary is not tapped.
