Description: Lot of 3, Arabia Finland "KARALIA" Dinnerware: 2 SOUP BOWLS & 1 SMALL CREAMER Brown mark on the bottoms reads, "Arabia Finland Karelia Dishwasher-Proof."Vintage, discontinued "Karelia" pattern from 1960s designed by Anja Jaatinen-Winquist.Stoneware bodies are glazed a glossy light beige. Bands are a mottled copper-brown color of iron oxide that fires differently on each piece.Photos can't do justice to the beautiful glazes.Dishwasher safeEach bowl holds 16 ounces to the brim and measure 1 1/2" high, has a 7 3/4" in diameter flared-rim opening, and a 3 1/4" diameter base. The creamer holds 6 ounces and measures 3 1/4" high and 2 1/2" in diameter.All 3 pieces together weigh 2 pounds, 3 ounces before packaging.Each piece makes a nice presentation and is in very good, pre-owned, used condition with no cracks or crazing.There are minor utensil marks on the inside of the bowls and light shelf wear to the unglazed foot rims.Condition: See specifics above.
