Description: Arabian Horse World's June 1984 annual "Polish" issue - 654 pages of features on Poland, Sweden, and Polish horses in addition to AHW's comprehensive coverage of the annual Scottsdale show and "Sire of Significance" profiles on Gdansk and Port Bask (back when those profiles were multi page and included their get and special advertising sections). In my opinion, AHW really outdid themselves with this issue -- especially the section on Poland. I always looked forward to that annual issue, and I think this one was one of their best, if not the best. One of my very favorite photos is a black & white photo of Bandola's offspring being exhibited at the 1983 Polish Prestige Sale. And the photos of the Polish breeding farms and their horses are simply breathtaking. This is a very clean issue.
