Center plate is recognition presentation. And top has pictures of planes and dates from 4 different airlines (may be dates of service) Lake Central: 11-12-49~6-30-68, Mohawk: 4-6-45~4-11-72, Allegheny: 5-12-39~10-27-79, and 1 date for US Air: 10-28-79. Pilot recognized for over 27 years of service. Total msmts: H-19", L-10", W-1". A couple of dings in wood, shown in pictures.
