Description: DATING TO THE 1930’S FASHIONED OF A SHEER WINDOWPANE CHECK SILK ORGANZA THAT IS CUT ON THE BIAS WITH A FLARING TRUMPET BOTTOM. RUFFLES INSERT THE NECKLINE WITH AN OPEN SLIT REAR. RUFFLES ARE ATOP THE SHOULDER WITH A LARGE BELL CAPE SLEEVE. CONDITION: SOLD AS ACQUIRED. THE SLEEVE EDGES ARE UNFINISHED WITH SEVERAL TINY HOLES AND SPLITS TO THE UNDER SIDE OF EACH SLEEVE. EASILY ALTERED TO REMOVE THE FLAWS. THERE IS ONE ERASER SIZED HOLE ON THE CENTER SIDE THIGH AND SOME TRACE EDGE THREADS COULD BE TRIMMED. FULLY STRONG AND WEARABLE AND IN CRISP, CLEAN CONDITION.
