It is a right hand holster. It is not lined. It is an open end holster. It has no retention strap. It will fit a belt width up to 1 1/2" The leather is soft and supple, no crack or crazing. The stitching is all intact, no fraying. The upper part of the fold has been trimmed back to accommodate an adjustable rear sight, see photos.
