Description: Cambridge 1959 Canada Book of Common Prayer BCP Hymn Leather Canadian 9161A 63 Hymnals Small Pica Hymn Book This is the 1959 Canadian edition of the Book of Common Prayer with the hymnal. Please see pictures for more info on this. Please note the certification year if that is important ot you. Considering the age and rarity of this item it is in fantastic condition. I found writing on two pages in the section for Holy Communion as a filled presentation page. The binding is a little worn, but honestly there are no tears and it is even slightly flexible, though I wouldn’t over do it. the binding appears to be an imitation leather over a rather stiff liner. It was often called “moroccoette.” The bottom folds for the corners have come undone a bit and could use a gluing. Mild abrasions to the cover as well. The page edges have consistent foxing from usage, though it was used gently. That being said, this is a larger type than usual, most coming in around 1-2 inches smaller. 5.8 x 3.8 x 1.3 inches Dime used for comparison Note: I do not accept returns unless the item was not as I described because of a mistake I made.
