Package includes CD, deluxe64-pageª book (thick as a slim jewel case!), mini poster, digi-folder, and acardboard slip case. I personally don't prefer to slide my CDs in and out ofcardboard so the CD is in a CD envelope (see picture). Ships with envelope. CD is in excellent condition with a few light surface marks that do not affect play.The booklet and poster are also in great condition with some signs of handling.
