Description: This guitar is a D Angelico Excel SS Tour model. It is made in Korea as are all the Excel line of their instruments. The quality is high - ebony fret board, bone nut, and Grover vintage locking tuners. The pickups are made by Supro, and are classic PAF. I actually bought Seth Lovers thinking I would change them, but I like these pickups just fine. Alnico II in the front Alnico V in the rear. I have been through a lot of guitars, as I've been playing my whole life and am now almost 60. You could spend a lot more on a guitar and have it only be this nice. I purchased this as a small jazz box, and have it strung w/11's. I have also used 10's - both work equally well depending on your preference. The nut is cut perfectly and it comes with a like new gig bag by D Angelico. Please feel free to ask questions - it's like new condition - although I've been playing it on and off this year. I play finger style so there are no pick marks or buckle swirl. Thanks,
