Description: David Balfour, Memoirs of his Adventures at Home and Abroad, from 1895. "Written by Himself", Robert Louis Stevenson. Written as a sequel to Kidnapped, the book has black and white illustrations. The covers have shelf wear and minor corner wear. The spine is faded, cracked, and ripping at edges. Gilt is still good and binding is solid. The inside covers have some staining and the remaining pages have normal aging. One page has an edge staining, and several pages have small nips and rips at edges(see photos). The plates are very good as is the text. Overall, a nice copy that has survived over a century!
