This issue of the May 6, 1946, Time Magazine features Arden on the cover, dubbed "A queen rules the sport of kings," below her serious visage on the cover. Arden placed a flowing signature and the "Best Wishes from" inscription with a blue ballpoint pen across the cover. Additionally, Arden placed another flowing blue ink signature across a letter dated Jan. 9th, 1963, requesting her signature. The letter is accompanied by the original envelope, and both contain light stains and wear. The letter comes with a sticker from Beckett Authenticated (AD21941) for the signature.
