Description: Frankoma 2nd Issue 1973 Signers of the Declaration of Independence Gracetone This is the second issue of Frankoma's "Signers of the Declaration of Independence" Collector Plates. This one is dated 1973 and signed by John Frank. The back of the plate has all the signers signature around the edge of the plate. There are two holes made in the plate for easy hanging. This plate is Bi-Centennial Celebration 'Breed's Hill' which is at the top at the top and 'United States of America' at the bottom of the plate. In relief around the plates are depictions of historical Victories for Independence- such as: Breeds Hill, Henry, Hancock, Ticonderoga, WashingtonAt the bottom is a picture of "Benjamin Franklin" in relief.
