His official American Fighter Ace Association Biography states that he had 13 confirmed Victories. But there were also nine "probables" which fell in remote places like the sea-- before gun cameras reached China. When the investigation was over the Chinese confirmed those nine for a total of 22 aerial combat victories. Scott got this signed in person.
