The print is pencil signed and titled by Eichenberg below the image. The image measures 5 1/2" x 5". The overall sheet measures 12 1/4" x 9 1/4". The print is in fine condition with minor toning at the edges and small creases at the sheet corners, see photos. This is a beautiful print from an extraordinary production.
