Description: This is a marble chess set that was hand carved in Mexico. The colors are black and tan with grey felt on the bottom of each piece including the game board. The condition of the set is like new as you can see in the pictures. The game board measures 13.5” x 13.5” x 0.5”. The diameter of each piece is approximately 1” at the base. You can see the height of each piece is shown in the pictures. My husband received it as a gift in the 1990’s. Other than admiring it, it was never played with (left in its’ box all these years). I will also mention that we have always had a smoke and pet free home. We are currently downsizing and my husband said that he is ready to let go of this chess set.
