This display contains an array of LED dies making up a matrix of four 5x7 characters. This display also has internal shift registers, as well as individual wire-bonded dies for each pixel of each digit. The display is made of ceramic and glass with gold traces, and was originally designed for use in medical and military equipment. The datasheet for the HDSP2000 should work for this part.
