Dimensions of these tubes are 4 inches (10.16 cm) in overall outside length, with an outside diameter of 1-3/8 inches (3.5 cm) and an inside diameter of 1 inch (2.54 cm). The cap is sealed with an O-ring to ensure waterproof protection for your items. This design was tested by submerging the tube under water for 3 hours, with no leaks whatsoever. This stash tube is designed with a mounting tab that fits a 1/4-20 flat head cap screw (not included), making installation a breeze. This area of the stash tube has been redesigned, for added strength and durability. The original version, which is still available upon request, used a more narrow and straight sided geometry for the mounting tab. The new version has a more triangular shape.
