All original, fully jointed action figure has a vintage feel to it, manufactured in 1990 and complete with jump suit and boots made of plastic and fabric. This is not a "Punisher" figure. It is a "Skull" figure from their RDF [Rapid Deployment Force]. It was meant as a space villain and is unrelated to the Punisher in any way. Features include an adjustable belt and boots, and it comes with clothes making it a must-have for any fan. The first edition series is licensed by In Time Products. Figure itself is in excellent condition with very little signs of wear and tear. Boots have some chew marks. See pics above for details. This item is used & has not been cleaned.
