Shipping: Please make sure that you verify that your address that you're having items shipped to isupdated and correct and missing nothing. An incorrect address for shipping could causeeither the package to be shipped to the wrong address or to be returned to me (making itso you have to pay for shipping again both ways) .. not convenient. All our items we ship by Canada Post. In Canada we use Expedit (which includes trackingand insurance), or letterpost (If items are not too expensive, thinner, and can be shipped by that method (note that doesn't include tracking or insurance though). To the US (for items that we ship there) we offer either Expedit for shipping (which includestracking and insurance) or Small Packet -Air Mail (for items that are under a certain size,it can have insurance added for up to $100 but doesn't include tracking). Note that arrivaltimes can take a while at times sometimes 2 weeks or longer for Expedit or 3 weeks orlonger for Air Mail. We don't ship outside of Canada or the US though unless it's a state, province, or territorywith a valid Zip code or postal code. Any packages shipped outside of Canada (on occasion) can be held by customssometimes an extra 12 days). We are not responsible for delays or other fees / dutiesincurred by customs. Please be prepared just in case this happens that it may take a bitlonger to get there, delays can happen. Canada Post requires that at least 30 days mustpass before a claim can be filed on an International order and could take time to processif required. Combined shipping is available on all items using only Canada Post Expeditunless specified otherwise (which includes tracking and insurance). All sales are final unless there is a problem with the order .. then you'reresponsible for return shipping. Please let me know if shipping is taking too long. Right now due to the over-taxed postalservice right arrival items may be a bit longer and shipping can vary place to place. Local Pickup: We do offer free local pickup on purchases, If you're interested in going that route you willhave to will have to arrange to pick up the purchase(s) from me at home at a time that worksbest for both of us. Delivery beyond shipping is not an option. All items must be paid for inadvance though Ebay before hand though with taxes as well. (Nova Scotia tax rate is 15%).
