Full hand forged, hand polished and hand sharpened.With nice proportions and still very solid because of its excellent geometry to achieve optimal performance. 2&To fully polish the blade that need to work up through at least 6-8 stones by Japanese method which made the surface of the blade like a mirror and sharpness .First comes the basic shaping, the refining of the basic shape and lastly the 'make-up' of the blade. 3&Each next stones constantly stacking unique aesthetic details and will remove the scratches of the previous stone.This traditional polishing process produces a blade with a keen edge, clean lines, and flat surface. 4&The blade comes full tang and sharp that can be used to cut the straw mat and bamboo but should with good technique and right gesture with a single strike yet sharp enough to slice paper. 5&Tsuka：For the tsuka(handle) the wood core is carved and fit to the tang of the blade which is covered in ray skin(same') and tightly wrapped in the traditional cross over style ito (braid) helps protect tsuka from the oils and sweat from your hands during training. 6&Saya：Each saya is individually carved to match its blade,The saya is finished in white hard wood .
