Some locks have scratches or blemishes, but they are fully functional as lock boxes as long as you don't mind the fact that they have pre-set combinations. This is why the listing price is heavily reduced. You will receive the lock along with the combination that it is set to. The lock box only opens and closes on it's own combination. There is no override or factory reset combo. Again, the locks are used and the code changing mechanism is broken so do not attempt to change the combination once you receive your realtor's lock box.
