Limoges Porcelain Dolphin on Sea Waves Hand Painted Trinket Pill Box Castel

Description: For your consideration, this listing is for a dollhouse size French Limoges Porcelain Hinged Trinket or Pill Box in the shape of a Dolphin. Color and size: shades of blue/gray/white, this is a tiny little treasure is 2 1/4" tall when closed and 2 5/8" tall when open all the way. It has a golden brass band around the piece where it is hinged, and it is just 1 7/8" across the bottom of the box. This beautiful little piece is marked in a shield on the back side with a crown at the top. It says: "LIMOGES CASTEL" with the copyright symbol, and then France. Below that in cursive it says "Peint Main.” Note: The same image will look different on a screen monitor, laptop or mobile device because the resolution or lighting is different on various devices.
