It does have a metal bar that holds the front door shut as you could see in YouTube video. Where the bar slides into the door it is slightly bent. See last picture or watch YouTube video. It appears to have a replacement handle on the front door. All the drawers open and close there are 2 very stiff drawers on the right hand side The 2nd and 3rd draw down from the top (the smaller drawers). I showed it in the YouTube video also.
