This is an exact fit part made specificity to drop directly inside to recessed opening of the rotating bezel top ring for the Marathon 41mm divers watches. Silver indexes that are sandwiched under the glass eliminating the common problem of the index markers wearing off the insert.  Sapphire glass is also nearly scratch proof. We have a limited supply of these inserts.
