Cards over $20: Will ship the same as above unless the listing is already charging for Ground Advantage shipping, or you upgrade to Ground Advantage. Ground Advantage orders will either be shipped in a bubble envelope protected by cardboard, a rigid envelope, or in an actual box. Insured by USPS for up to $100.
