Pan lettering could be better, but still decent. Not welded or repaired. Trap has not been monkeyed with. Doesn't look like trap has ever been taken apart. Does have some wear and rusting. See photos please. There are no trapper's marks on the trap. No major defects. The trap could probably be cleaned to look better - I will leave that up to you.
