Description: Normal 0 This is a new DELCO REMY (GM) ignition switch . It is an OEM NOS DELCO REMY (GM) switch, not an aftermarket replacement. The part number is 1116658 (D1496) , it is in group # 2.188 of the GM parts catalogs . GM used a different group number system is unused and has been on my warehouse shelf since it was purchased from GM. The part is stamped 658 & DR on the bakelite. The original listing is shown in the photos. Check the part number on your old switch. According to GM It fits: 1965-1966 CHEVROLET TRUCK mostly medium duty. The part number may have been later superseded to fit other models, but this is the only correct application in the original listings.
