The officials had sent about a hundred rangers to temporarily settle at Wat Chedi, in which the same phenomenon had happened. In the morning, the soldiers had asked the villagers around Wat Chedi and told the story to them. The villagers knew the story and the reputation of Ai Khai. Therefore, they had given the solution.
