Order Cancelations: We have staff shipping products 24x7 here. We pack and load the packages into a truck at our dock. That said, usually an order is shipped within 3-5 minutes of when you place it. Once an order is made, canceling it is not possible, as by the time customer service reads the email the package is likley allready deep inside the truck behind hundreds of other packages. Note that your shipping notification happens WHEN THE TRUCK IS PICKED UP FROM OUR DOCK. So, if you order on a friday night, you may not see a shipping notification till monday, even though its allready been shipped. This is because UPS/USPS only do pickups Mon-Fri, and not on the weekends.
