Description: Offered is a spectacular plein air oil painting by Oregon artist, Ellen Jerome. Featured is a colorful scene of two people on a bench near water with forest in the background and flowers in the foreground. The sight size of the painting (within the mat) is 11.75 x 8.75 inches and the mat size is 16 x 12 inches. The painting is on canvas and laid down on foam core board. The painting within the confines of the mat is in excellent condition. On the exterior edges of the painting there is some glued down matting paper. This is only seen when the mat is removed. It would not be seen when framed. The painting is signed Ellen Jerome lower left. Artist Ellen Jerome stated: "Plein air painting has been a huge influence in my development as an artist.
