This has been previously linen-backed for display.Litho U.S.A. Spartacus was an epic historical drama film. Kirk Douglas, Sir Laurence Olivier, Jean Simmons, Tony Curtis, Stanley Kubrick (Director), and more! This film later won 4 academy awards. This film was selected for preservation in the United States National Film Registry by the Library of Congress due to its being "culturally, historically, or aesthetically significant". Poster is about 22 1/4" x 27 5/8".Linen backing is about 24 1/8" x 29 1/2". Please let us know if you have questions or need additional camera angle pictures. The poster is presently rolled and that is how we will ship it. We will also wrap it in plastic inside of the packaging. The original fold crease lines referenced in the condition notes are from the original poster condition long ago pre-linen backing. They are now only faintly visible upon close inspection because the poster is nicely mounted on the linen backing. We can also provide local pickup if you are able to travel through Santa Clarita California. Used, as-is. Overall, the poster is in very good condition and is well-backed on linen. There are slight creases including the original fold creases which are now stretched on the linen making them difficult to see. There is one small wear spot near the word "eternal" (see attached picture of that location). The linen has stray threads on the outer edges. The linen border zone has a little dirt on the front, and a lot of dirt on the back. See attached pictures. Glass jar paperweights in pictures are not included in sale.
