Rudolf Uebel Made in Germany Wooden Clarinet (Parts/Project)Our Notes: This vintage wooden clarinet comes to us from a customer who is selling her father's old musical instruments. He was a professional woodwind player who performed regularly in big bands. Serial number: 581826. The wood is in excellent shape - there are no noticeable cracks or splits. The upper barrel is stamped: "Original G. Rudolf xUebelx Wohlhausen ( Vogtland ) Germany" The wooden bell is not original and is stamped "Josef Lidl BRNO". We're listing this clarinet as "non-functioning" because it needs work in order to function properly again, most notably new pads and corks. The keys and levers are in great shape - nothing appears to be bent or out of alignment. Small adjustments might need to be made here and there. The case has a funky shape. One of the laches is broken off (stored inside the case).This is a vintage made in Germany, G. Rudolf Uebel branded clarinet.
