The item is dusty from being in storage, but I did my best to wipe it down. There are two wire picture hanging hooks, approximately 11.5". The electrical cord is in good shape with no splits or cuts. The back does not illuminate when the neon sign is on (see pic). There are scuffs/scratches on the ends which look like power buttons!
