Description: A very rare World War II relic that you need in your collection! It is an excavated German Panzerfaust ('tank fist') launch tube. This was a single shot anti-tank weapon. It consisted of a disposable, pre-loaded launch tube (for sale here) that fired a high-explosive anti-tank warhead, intended to be operated by a solitary soldier. This example, the 'Panzerfaust 60' version, was the most common and widely produced. Original firing mechanism is still present as is the sight, which can be raised into firing position. Heavily oxidized, in 'dug' condition. This item was collected from the Courland area of Latvia over a decade ago. If interested, feel free to ask about the associated warhead.
